Tigran Balayan: Armenia has not negotiated with Turkey over the Nagorno-Karabakh issue

"Armenia has not negotiated with Turkey over the Nagorno-Karabakh issue, and therefore never on the return of either five, or three, or one region", spokesman of the MFA Tigran Balayan said commenting on the remarks of Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, as if there is an agreement between Armenia and Turkey on the return of five, three or one region.

"The reference is a manipulation by some ministers, a trickery, which is like those rumors, as if Çavuşoğlu was not a supporter of the revival of the subcommittee on Nagorno-Karabakh in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, about which some of the members of the PACE had publicly stated, including the representatives of Azerbaijan", the spokesman said.
