Levon Zurabyan: Serious, tensed diplomatic background formed at NK negotiations

The intentions of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairing countries and conflicting parties are currently more serious than previously, coordinator of the Armenian National Congress Levon Zurabyan said at a news conference today, at the same time refusing to forecast whether a breakthrough may be registered at today's meeting in Kazan or not. "For the first time a serious, tensed diplomatic background has been formed", he noted.

According to Zurabyan, the outcome of the Kazan meeting will be acceptable for the ANC from two points of view. "First we will study in details the possible document that may be adopted. Each word of it may have a resolute role. Secondly, we will accept a decision that will welcome the Republic of Nagorno Karabakh. The ANC is warm supporter of the NKR", Zurabyan said.
