YEREVAN, MAY 5, ARMENPRESS:
Levon Ter-Petrosyan has started pre-electoral fight for the coming parliamentary elections that is the reason why he periodically forwards demands, political analyst Yervand Bozoyan said today at a news conference, adding that the dialogue between the authorities and the opposition is in the process of realization. "During these talks issue on extraordinary elections is not being forwarded because as soon as it is voiced the dialogue will end", Bozoyan pointed out.
Expert, political analyst Suren Surenyants agreed with the viewpoint, saying that "Dialogue is when the parties recognize the legitimacy of each others' political actions. The rules of games in the coming elections must be specified", Surenyants said. "There is a dialogue, it is a fact", Bozoyan said.
Suren Surenyants noted a new political situation has been created in Armenia. "The authorities and the ANC are trying to walk forward, I do not consider it as a deal. Dialogue means that both the authorities and the ANC must come to a common denominator. Currently we witness bilateral harmonic actions", Surenyants said.
