YEREVAN, APRIL 28, ARMENPRESS:
"Grand Sport" sport-health and training complex opened today in the Shengavit administrative district. Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan participated in the event. The symbolizing red ribbon was cut by the deputy mayor Taron Margaryan and co-founder of the "Grand Holding" company, member of parliament Michael Vardanyan.
The president of the republic toured in the complex, got acquainted with the created conditions and gyms.
Vardanyan said for the reinforcement of the state it is necessary not only to ensure the social welfare of the people and the national self-consciousness but the preservation of health.
Michael Vardanyan said the complex has all the conditions for teaching sport, ensuring healthy lifestyle, rest and entertainment.
The complex has 7000 sq.m of territory of which 3200 is the three-storeyed building, the same is the court with summer volley-ball and big tennis courts, garages, and more than 600 square meters of green territory.
