Explosion in Zangezur Copper Molybdenum Plant kills a young man

YEREVAN, APRIL 26, ARMENPRESS: An explosion occurred today at the territory of the “Zangezur Copper Molybdenum Plant”. According to the “Emergency Channel” press center, during the boiling works, yet in unclear circumstances, oxygen bulb exploded. As a result Isahak Mayilyan born in 1984 died on site, Zori Babayan born in 1986, Erik Gasparyan and Tigran Shahbazyan were moved to Kapan hospital with different injuries.

Doctors assess the condition of Shahbazyan as grave and the conditions of Babayan and Gasparyan – satisfactory.
