Provinces need doctors

YEREVAN, APRIL 21, ARMENPRESS: A number of medical establishments of the Armenian provinces need doctors-specialists, head of the Health Ministry’s staff management department Roza Yeritsyan said speaking to Armenpress. She said the issue has always been under the limelight of the government and particularly the Health Ministry.

Yeritsyan said according to the legislation the directors of the medical establishments are to fill their establishments with specialists. In case they cannot do it, the ministry sends specialists to provinces on business trip, in case of their agreement.

In 2010 eleven specialists were temporarily sent to Lori, Vayots Dzor, Gegharkunik, Syunik provinces.
