Social-Cultural center opens in Azatan

GYUMRI, APRIL 18, ARMENPRESS: Social-Cultural center opened April 17 in Azatan. Singing, dancing, crafts, painting groups will operate in the newly opened center. Though the community has a cultural house, it does not serve its purpose as needs reconstruction.

Satenik Vanoyan, responsible for the community programs, told Armenpress that the current center was previously a breakaway building which the Catholic Church bought from the community.

“All those who wish may attend the center, both from Azatan and nearby villages. The center can have up to 100 attendees,” Vanoyan said.
