YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 15, ARMENPRESS: In the running year the movable internet-computer station of the National Center for Educational Technologies will visit 20 communities.
Director of the National Center for Educational Technologies Areg Grigoryan told Armenpress that the station has already visited the province of Vayots Dzor, and in near future it will be in Gegharkunik.
The movable internet-computer station stays in every community for 2 weeks, during which classes are conducted for pupils and professional works are carried out with teachers. Mainly computer skills, information on technical supply of computers are conveyed through the classes.
“We make the choice of the communities, taking into consideration several standards. We mainly choose the communities, in the schools of which there is no lack of computers and cadres,” Mr. Grigoryan said.
Besides the choice of the National Center for Educational Technologies, applications from different communities are received, who want that the movable internet-computer station visits them. According to Mr. Grigoryan, if the presented applications correspond to the indicated standards, they are involved, too.
