454 citizens found job thanks to Ararat Employment Service

ARTASHAT, DECEMBER 20, ARMENPRESS: According to the data of Ararat Province Employment Service, with the support of the center 454 citizens have found job in the province over 11 months, the 165 of who – from Masis, 149 from Artashat, 78 from Ararat and 65 from Vedi region.

Director of Artashat Employment Center of “State Employment Service” agency Vachik Avetisyan told Armenpress that the number of job-seeking citizens registered in the center is 4 418. By the way, the unemployed people or job seekers are mainly workers or graduates of the medical college. Mr. Avetisyan said that the persons who have found a job have different professions and their age varies from 23 to 50.

According to the latest data of the center, the number of the employed at 1676 working employers in Artashat region is 27 thousand 807, the 19 thousand 272 of who are women. The number of people employed at the state section is 12 thousand 521, at non-state section – 15 thousand 227, at NGOs – 53.

By the passive programs implemented by the center in November, 857 people have got allowance. And from the beginning of the year 1026 people have been registered to receive allowance.
