Cooperation programs between Lori province and Martakert region

STEPANAKERT, NOVEMBER 1, ARMENPRESS: Within the framework of cooperation between the regions of Artsakh and RA provinces October 30-31 delegation headed by the governor of Lori Aram Kocharyan was in Martakert. Accompanied by the head of the Martakert county administration Zhirayr Gabrielyan, the delegation of Lori first visited memorial complexes of the people of Martakert killed at the Great Patriotic War and Artsakh war and put flowers.

Primate of the Gugarats Diocese of the Armenian Church Archbishop Sepuh Chuljyan said such visits are very important not only from temporal viewpoint but also from the point of view of reinforcement of spiritual ties of people living in two separate parts.

Positively assessing the three-year long cooperation between the Lori province and Martakert region, governor Aram Kocharyan said this time they brought to Martakert computers, medicine, medical devices.

After the official ceremonies Lori government and head of Martakert Administration discussed a number of issues on development of cooperation.
