GYUMRI, OCTOBER 27, ARMENPRESS: Privatization process of apartments constructed by state means launched today in Gyumri. The residents of the newly-constructed district of “Mush 2” have a right of participating in the process. The process is implemented with presence of representatives of the Armenian Urban Development Ministry. Head of the Law Department of the Armenian Urban Development Ministry Garik Saroyan told Armenpress that the process will be continuous, taking into consideration the number of the residents of the newly constructed buildings – 1056.
Before handing a privatization certificate to the residents, an agreement is signed between the state and resident with ratification of a notary. After signing of the agreement, the deal is registered by the territorial unit of the government-affiliated State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre. The privatization process is implemented for free. Twenty-three deals are intended to sign the first day of the process.
