The second phase of the state apartment construction is in process in Gyumri

GYUMRI, OCTOBER 14, ARMENPRESS: The second phase of the state apartment construction is in process in Gyumri. Albert Margaryan, head of the urban development department of the Shirak governor’s office told Armenpress that as of the moment the works in the construction areas are going on with high tempos. This year it is planned to complete the roofing of the buildings and the inner decoration works are planned for the coming year.

“The major part of this year’s program has almost been implemented. All the buildings have high preparedness. The greater degree of preparedness have the buildings which are being built in “Ani” district,” Margaryan said.

In this phase 37 dwellings are being constructed, of which 32 in “Mush” and 5 in “Ani” districts. “They have high degree of quality. All the oversight bodies and organizations are carrying out everyday control,” Margaryan said.
