YEREVAN, OCTOBER 12, ARMENPRESS: Labor clubs will open in Armenia with the support of the “State Employment Service” agency of the Armenian Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.
Head of the Job Consultation and Information Department of the agency Tsoghik Bezhanyan told Armenpress that labor clubs will open subordinated to territorial employment centers of Sisian and Meghri towns (Syuniq province), Gyumri (Shirak province), Vayq (Vayots Dzor), Noyemberyan (Tavush).
The clubs will implement special programs on carrying out works with the unemployed population. According to Tsoghik Bezhanyan, territories for setting up clubs have already been separated, and currently repair works are being carried out, and their employees are being trained.
Tsoghik Bezhanyan noted that the labor clubs will support in finding a job providing information on social guarantees, choice of profession and vacancies, as well as on annual state programs.
In labor clubs an unemployed person has an opportunity to get acquainted with the procedure of applying to the employer – compiling of necessary documents, transference of documents through internet, order of participating in interviews. There are already working labor clubs in Gavar, Vanadzor, Alaverdi, Ijevan,Berd, Hrazdan, Dilijan, Charentsavan, Goris and Abovyan.
