KAPAN, OCTOBER 5, ARMENPRESS: Multi-apartment and multifunctional complex is intended to build in Kapan within “Support to Dwelling Construction of Young Families” social program implemented by “Union of Graduates of Yerevan State University” NGO under the high patronage of Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan.
An official from Syunik governor office told Armenpress that currently one of the 3 buildings is intended to construct, consisting of two, three or four-room 96 apartments, which will be provided to young families of Syunik at incomparably low prices. The building is intended to hand into exploitation in 3 years. About 320 people will be provided with temporary working places during the construction.
Two hundred six citizens have already applied for obtaining apartment in the newly-constructed complex. Taking into consideration that the number of beneficiaries exceeds the number of the apartments, the owners of the first newly-built apartments will be determined by an auction.
+ A hypothec package will be provided to beneficiaries by privileged conditions. The newly-constructed apartment will have seismic resistance of 9 magnitudes, will be ensured with gasification, and will have a ground parking intended for 150 cars. The whole territory of the building will be repaired; playing ground as well as green zones for rest will be constructed. The roof of the building will have a tower-like architectural solution, and a clock of urban significance will be placed on it.
