GYUMRI, JULY 13, ARMENPRESS: The “School Building” program of the “Lincy” Foundation is in process in the Armenian province of Shirak. The total cost of the program is 9.5 million USD 5.5 million USD of which is intended for the Armenian province of Shirak.
With the means of the foundation six schools are being reconstructed in the republic three of which in the Shirak province. These are schools needing urgent repair, they are located in the Nor Kyank, Arevshat and Sarakap communities. The school of Nor Kyank village besides reconstruction, needs a new building, the foundation of which has already been dug.
Head of the Nor Kyank village Ara Sukiasian told Armenpress that mainly the residents of the village are involved in the works and if there is a need of specialists the latter are being invited from other places.
Besides main construction works the territories of schools will be renovated too.
