Robots – in Vanadzor

YEREVAN, JULY 6, ARMENPRESS: Robots have started their tour from July 4. The first place of exposition was the town of Vanadzor, Ch. Aznavour Cultural House.

An official from the Union of IT Enterprises told Armenpress that during the exposition robots searching for mines, following the line, distinguishing and classifying things and films about world robot-technology were presented. A practical performance about the ArmRobotics and applying of robots will also be presented.

As part of the open tournament of Armenian robots it is expected to conduct robot expositions in different parts of Yerevan and Armenian provinces.

The competition of robots held within the framework of ArmRobotics is aimed at developing among young people team mentality and team work, involve the scientific potential of Diaspora and promote the development of new technology in Armenia.
