IJEVAN, JUNE 23, ARMENPRES: Seventeen children live in seven families of “SOS” children’s village of Ijevan. They are from different communities of Tavush province. Director of the children’s village Ashot Galstyan told Armenpress that he has started his mission in Ijevan from February 2010, and over these months he has managed to find children who need serious social support to hand them to the care of socially skillful specialists.

“We have not put a goal to add the number of the children living in “SOS” children’s village. We only want to ensure good childhood for the children who really need our support,” A. Galstyan said.

This village is intended for 14 families, where nearly 90 children can live.
