“Zero Poverty” Campaign Kicks off

VANADZOR, MAY 24, ARMENPRESS: On the initiative of “Caritas” organization, which operates in different European countries, a campaign entitled “Zero Poverty” and directed toward the social justice is conducted in a number of countries throughout the world.

Within the frameworks of the event in Vanadzor, Hayk Square, an action of lighting of candles was conducted as a symbol of elimination of poverty. “Zero Poverty” campaign kicked off by this action called “Candle Lighting of Reconcilement”, in which the active young people of Lori province center, students and members of non-governmental organizations partook. Thanks to the lighted candles the words of “Zero Poverty” were designed.
