GYUMRI, APRIL 20, ARMENPRESS: The first 22 dwelling buildings with 1 056 apartments constructed in Gyumri’s “Mush 2” district with state means are 90% ready for exploitation. Currently flaws registered in the buildings are being eliminated and implementation of additional works is in process. Responsible authority of “Glendale Hills” organization in Gyumri Michael Nersisyan told Armenpress that the additional round intends tiling of bathrooms, gasification of the general district and of the dwelling apartments, installation works of heating systems, and the process of fulfilling flaws intends elimination of external incrustation of buildings and inner furnishing, renovation of the district.
“Parallel to these works, the second round of the dwelling construction program has already launched, which intends construction of 32 dwelling buildings in the new segment of “Mush 2” district. On the whole, works run normally and we are full of hope that the buildings will be handed to exploitation according to the schedule,” M. Nersisyan said.
Referring to flaws registered in the buildings before he said that they were mainly connected with inner furnishing. At the moment over the 80 % of the 2 500 employees at the construction area are from Gyumri.
Works are being impelmented by “Glendale Hills” organization in “Ani” district of Gyumri, too.
