36 citizens find jobs in the two months of 2010 with support of Gyumri Territorial Employment Center

GYUMRI, MARCH 22, ARMENPRESS: Ten thousand 364 job seekers are calculated in Gyumri, 6 850 of who are women. The 8 922 of those seeking a job have a status of an unemployed, 1 423 of who are beneficiary unemployed people.
Director of the Gyumri’s Territorial Employment Center Amalya Adamyan told Armenpress that on the whole, the current number of the calculated citizens almost has not changed compared with the same period of the last year.
Thirty-six citizens got a job in the last two months with the support of the center. Programs of professional education are also intended to organize for over 120 job seekers during the year. In addition to state programs, one more program is being implemented with the support of the United Nations directed toward solution of the employment issue of the community’s young people.
The Employment Center closely cooperates with “People in Need” Czech NGO, which implements programs on promoting the employment issues of migrants.
