520 dwelling houses being built in Lori province

VANADZOR, MARCH 19, ARMENPRESS: The construction works in the Armenian province of Lori in 2009 amounted to 11 billion 987 million AMD, the 3 billion 327 million of which released from the state budget. The number of people involved in the construction organizations reached in average to 7435.

The head of the Urban Development Department of the Lori Governor’s Office Valeri Antonyan told Armenpress that the tempo of construction will be more probably maintained this year too. He said “Glendale Hills” organization started construction of 220 dwelling houses amounting to 1 billion 760 million AMD for the people of Spitak suffered from the earthquake. Other 300 dwelling houses in the rural communities amounting to 4 billion AMD.
