The neighboring surrounding will not suffer during the construction of a financial and banking complex in Ijevan subordinated to the Central Bank of Armenia

IJEVAN, FEBRUARY 16, ARMENPRESS: Public hearings on the estimation of the influence of the construction of the Dilijan regional financial and banking complex subordinated to the Central Bank of Armenia on the neighboring surrounding were organized on February 14 in “Orhus” center of Dilijan.
Representative of the organization which is implementing the construction A. Khalafyan, representatives of state institutes, relevant departments of the municipality, non-governmental organizations, local mass media, as well as residents were invited. The estimation was implemented by “Eco Team” LTD.
The goal of the construction, the geological structure of the territory, the influence on the atmosphere, as well as studies on exhaustions related to dust and diesel fuel and the impact on the biodiversity were presented. The supervisors of the construction process noted that all the works run by controlling any activity that can have a harmful influence on the neighboring surrounding.
Since it is an administrational complex, hence there is no risk of harmful exhaustions. A. Khalafyan assured that in the whole period of construction negative influence on the neighboring surrounding will be excluded, every activity will be implemented within the frameworks of the law.
According to specialists, the construction of the Dilijan financial and banking complex occupies a notable place in turning the town into a regional financial center, which will allow implementing large-scaled investment and financial and economic activity.
The complex is being constructed on a high, picturesque place, the construction term is 49 months.
