Territorial Administration Minister Armen Gevorgyan participates in the re-opening of Goris N4 high school

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 15, ARMENPRESS: Armenian vice prime minister, Territorial Administration Minister Armen Gevorgyan participated in the re-opening of Goris N4 high school. Governor of Syunik Surik Khachatryan, executive director of the Armenian Social Investments Fund A. Kirakosyan were present at the event.

An official from the Territorial Administration Ministry told Armenpress that Armen Gevorgyan highlighted the reforms in the educational sphere as a result of which high schools are being established in the republic, and favorable conditions are being created in educational establishments of provinces.

The major part of the money (110,000 AMD) for the reconstruction of the school has been provided by Armenian Social Investments Fund and the rest by the UNHCR Armenian office and other international organizations (31,000 AMD).

Afterwards the vice prime minister participated in Goris in the session of the Syunik board during which the governor presented report on the 2009 activity and social-economic situation of the province.
