“Deno Gold Mining Company” to increase the production volumes

KAPAN, FEBRUARY 4, ARMENPRESS: This year’s primary issue of “Deno Gold Mining Company” CJSC is the increase of the production volumes of the mine and factory. Chief Director of the enterprise Robert Faletta told Armenpress that it will enable the enterprise to work uninterruptedly even in case of low prices of metals in the world market. For ensuring an uninterrupted work the company spends at least 2 million USD per month. In case of stopping one or two days the processing factory of the enterprise creates serious obstacles for the further arrangement of the work.

The latest strike of the miners in January which lasted for a week caused the enterprise a damage of nearly 1 million USD. According to the chief director, it was the third regular illegal strike. The miners will not be paid for those days. In the director’s opinion a good variant has been proposed to workers and the issue has been completely solved. But in future dismissal is expected in the line of some specialties, as a result of which it will be possible to apply the so called “Bonus System” of salary payment. Nearly 1100 people work currently in the enterprise, while according to an agreement obtained a year ago with the government, the number of the employees was to be reached to 950.

L. Faletta attaches great importance to the work with mass media. The cooperation memorandum signed with local “Khustup TV” CJSC is the evidence of that, as a result of which, according to the director, the activity of the company will be illustrated, including – the financial one.
