“Glendale Hills” to hand to exploitation the ready apartments and houses intended by RA house construction project at the end of the running year

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 8, ARMENPRESS:“Glendale Hills” CJSC, which implements a state project on house construction in the disaster zone, is carrying out an extensive house construction in 35 rural communities of the provinces of Gyumri, Spitak, Shirak and Lori. Company’s media and information department told Armenpress that this year the company has constructed 1056 apartments in Gyumri, 520 dwelling houses in Spitak and in rural communities. Taking into consideration the great interest of journalists, questions and applications, a visit of journalists has been lately organized to Gyumri’s large construction area, where 22 buildings have already been constructed, area renovation and construction works are being carried out. The buildings have a seismic resistance of at least 9 magnitudes. The inner furnishing works of the part of 1056 apartments of 22 buildings are accomplished, the works of the rest are in the final round. The roofs and covers are placed; the ones of 3 of them are in the process of placing. Area communications have been inserted. As it is intended by state program on house construction, at the end of the running year “Glendale Hills” will hand to exploitation the ready apartments and houses. “Glendale Hills” company brings these results as a contradiction to the senseless statements of some organizations and parties on not implementing the program.
