MONIKA MANUCHAROVA REPRESENTING ARMENIA IN “JUNIOR EUROVISION 2008” TAKES THE 8TH PLACE

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 24, ARMENPRESS:In the 6th international song contest “Junior Eurovision 2008” held in the town of Lemesos, Cyprus November 22 Armenian representative Monika Manucharova with 59 points took the eighth place. She was the second to perform. The winner of the contest became Georgia with 154 points, represented by “Bzikebi” trio. The second came Ukraine, followed by Lithuania, Malta, FYR Macedonia. Belarus and Russia took the sixth and the seventh places respectively. Representatives of 15 countries participated in the contest.-0-/45/
