YEREVAN, DECEMBER 18, ARMENPRESS:New Russian owners of ArmenTel telephone company have blamed a breakage in mobile communication services on the poor technical state of infrastructures promising to eliminate it as soon as possible. ArmenTel’s chief executive manager Oleg Bliznyuk said to reporters that the breakage was caused by disruption of power supplies. He said a breakage crew was working to eliminate the problem. He said the mobile communication will be restored in some hours.
