MOSCOW, OCTOBER 7, ARMENPRESS:The minister for industry, science and technology of Russian Federation Ilya Klebanov delivering a speech during an international conference organized by the Union of Armenians of Russia announced that the final agreement on regulation of Armenia°s debt to Russia is planned to be signed during the visit of Russian prime minister Mikhail Kasyanov slated for November 3. Klebanov also said that during Kasyanov°s visit programs and projects concerning the enlargement of cooperation between Russia and Armenia, including cooperation in the military sphere, are planned to be published. According to him, the possibilities of bilateral cooperation between Yerevan and Moscow in military sphere are not fully used. He supported the idea of taking steps directed towards the enlargement of collaboration, including creation of joint enterprises, holdings, financial groups, development of cooperation on the regional level. He also informed that a delegation consisting of representatives of 20 regions of Russia will soon pay a visit to Armenia.-0-/45/
