A joint declaration was signed Friday at the 13th Summit of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) in the Turkish capital Ankara, Anadolu reported.
Hosted by President Recep Tayyip Erdogan under the theme "Turkic Century: Unity in Language, Thought and Deed," the gathering brought together leaders and officials from participating countries.
The declaration was signed following addresses by Erdogan and visiting heads of state and officials.
