Iran says four soldiers killed in U.S. attack on Kermanshah

Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has announced that four soldiers died in a U.S. attack on Kermanshah Province.

The Tasnim news agency said the troops killed were servicemembers of the IRGC Aerospace Force.

The U.S. and Iran found themselves back on a war footing on Wednesday after the most significant exchange in weeks, with Washington threatening even more devastating strikes, while Iran protested an attack that it said killed five and wounded dozens of civilians at a wedding.
