Armenia’s economic activity grows 6.5% in July

Armenia’s economic activity grew 6.5% in July 2026 compared with the same month last year. Compared with the previous month, economic activity increased by 4.6%.

Construction output grew 26.5% in July compared with the same month last year, while the services sector grew 17% and industry increased 3.1%, according to data released by the Armenian government.

Trade turnover decreased by 0.1% during the same period.

In July 2026, compared with the same month last year, Armenia’s foreign trade turnover increased by 6.7%. Exports decreased by 15.7%, while imports increased by 21.5%.

At the same time, consumer market inflation stood at 4.5% during the period under review.
