Armenian deputy FM meets German lawmaker

Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Robert Abisoghomonyan met with German Bundestag member Philip Hoffmann.
Hoffmann is a member of the Bundestag’s Committee on Economic Cooperation and Development.
According to the Foreign Ministry’s readout, the parties discussed a wide range of issues on the Armenia-Germany bilateral agenda, highlighting the continued development of the multifaceted partnership and the strengthening of interparliamentary ties.
The importance of efforts aimed at implementing the provisions of the Joint Declaration on the Strategic Agenda for Bilateral Partnership, signed by the Prime Minister of Armenia and the Federal Chancellor of Germany, was emphasized.
Both sides highlighted the need to promote Armenia-Germany business ties and increase bilateral trade volume.
Views were exchanged on regional and international issues.
