Azerbaijan will send 4,500 tonnes of diesel fuel to Armenia, the Azerbaijani APA news agency reported.
The consignment—the third since supplies began last year—will be dispatched from Azerbaijan by rail on 25 February.
Azerbaijan began fuel supplies to Armenia in December 2025, with consignments sent via Georgia.
