Armenian Ambassador to U.S. to serve concurrently as permanent observer to OAS

Narek Mkrtchyan, Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to the United States, presented his credentials to Albert Ramdin, Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), and was officially appointed Permanent Observer of the Republic of Armenia to the OAS, while continuing to serve as Ambassador to the United States.

During the meeting that followed the presentation of credentials, the matters related to the development and deepening of bilateral cooperation were discussed, the foreign ministry reported.
