Armenian Minister of High-Tech Industry Mkhitar Hayrapetyan held a meeting with the U.S. Under Secretary of State for Economic Affairs Jacob Helberg ahead of the Armenia-U.S. Technology and Innovation Summit.
“We mainly discussed the key actions outlined in the Memorandum of Understanding on bilateral cooperation in the fields of artificial intelligence and semiconductors between the U.S. and Armenian governments, signed on August 8, 2025, in Washington, which aim to further deepen collaboration in technology and innovation,” Hayrapetyan said in a statement on social media.
