Armenia participates in 2026 ECOSOC Ambassadorial Retreat

Ambassador Paruyr Hovhannisyan, Permanent Representative of Armenia to the UN, participated in the 2026 ECOSOC Ambassadorial Retreat, which discussed the current challenges to the multilateral system and the sustainable development agenda. 

The role of United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) as the milestone of multilateral action for development, needed reforms and transformation was emphasized, the Permanent Mission of Armenia to the UN said in a press release.
