British Embassy to Armenia announces ‘historic’ appointment of first resident Defence Attaché

The British Embassy to Armenia announced on Thursday that Major Thomas Shorland Ball has been appointed as the first British resident Defence Attaché to Armenia.

“This historic milestone reflects the growing strength of the UK–Armenia partnership and will further enhance our defence and security cooperation,” the embassy said in a statement.
