Armenia and Slovakia explore opportunities to deepen bilateral cooperation

Andranik Hovhannisyan, Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to the Slovak Republic, held a meeting with Marián Kéry, Chair of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the National Council of the Slovak Republic.

The parties highly valued the strong bonds between Armenia and Slovakia and discussed opportunities to further deepen bilateral relations, the Armenian embassy said in a press release.

They also exchanged views on cooperation within the EU framework, as well as on a range of global and regional developments.

Ambassador Hovhannisyan presented the peace agenda of the Government of Armenia, including the “Crossroads of Peace” initiative, aimed at reopening and developing regional transport connections.
