MP Hripsime Grigoryan meets Swedish Ambassador to Armenia

On November 14, the Head of the Armenian National Assembly Armenia-Sweden Friendship Group Hripsime Grigoryan met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Sweden to Armenia Eva Sundquist, the parliament’s press service said in a readout.

Issues regarding the deepening of cooperation between Armenia and Sweden and expansion of inter-parliamentary ties were discussed.

Hripsime Grigoryan highlighted the support of Sweden to the agenda of democratic reforms in Armenia, highly appreciating the UNDP Modern Parliament for a Modern Armenia Project, as well as the continuous support to democratic processes of our country. The MP also highly valued the Resilient Syunik Team Europe initiative, which can be a stimulus for the development of the security and economic potential of the southern region of Armenia.
