Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan met with Swiss-Armenian businessman and philanthropist Vahé Gabrache.
PM Pashinyan and Mr. Gabrache discussed the activities of the Swiss-Armenian Academy of Hospitality (SAAH), which recently opened in Gyumri, the Prime Minister’s Office said in a readout. Vahé Gabrache is the founder of SAAH.
“Prime Minister Pashinyan emphasized the Academy’s role in the development of Armenia’s education and tourism sectors, noting that it provides an opportunity for young people and professionals to receive international-quality professional education without leaving the country,” the Prime Minister’s Office added.
The SAAH was established in cooperation with the world’s leading institution in hospitality management education — the EHL Hospitality Business School in Lausanne.
During the meeting, the progress of economic projects being implemented in Armenia by Mr. Gabrache was also discussed.
Prime Minister Pashinyan highly appreciated the execution of these investment projects in the context of the country’s development, the creation of new jobs, and the expansion of international business connections. He further emphasized the Government’s readiness to continue active cooperation with representatives of the private sector.
