Levon Aronian secures 3rd place at Grand Chess Tour Finals

Levon Aronian, a former member of the Armenian men’s chess team who now competes under the U.S. flag, claimed third place in the Grand Chess Tour Finals. He defeated Indian grandmaster Rameshbabu Praggnanandhaa with a score of 20:8.

With this victory, Aronian secured third place and qualified for next year’s tournament.
