Independence Day celebrations to feature guard of honor, military orchestra performances in Yerevan

Several streets in downtown Yerevan will be closed for traffic on September 21, Independence Day, due to planned celebrations featuring a performance by the military guard of honor.

Yerevan City Hall said temporary partial closures will be in place near Republic Square and Freedom Square (Abovyan Street, Amiryan Street, Nalbandyan Street, Tigran Mets Avenue etc.)

The orchestra and the guard of honor of the Armenian Armed Forces are expected to perform at Republic Square and Freedom Square on September 21.
