“Glad to meet again,” Turkish envoy to Armenian counterpart

Turkiye’s Special Representative for Normalization with Armenia, Serdar Kılıç, said on Friday he was “glad to meet again” his Armenian counterpart Ruben Rubinyan after arriving in Armenia. 

“Thank you for the warm welcome. Glad to meet again,” the Turkish envoy said in a post on X, sharing Rubinyan’s post showing their meeting on the border.
