Significant growth reported in Armenia inbound tourism

263,592 tourists visited Armenia in July 2025, the Ministry of Economy said in a statement.

In July last year the number was 237,603.

The July 2025 figure is the highest since 2019 – in 2023 July, 255,706 tourists visited Armenia, while in 2022 July the figure was 188,856, in 2021 July it was 105,127 and in 2019 July it was 202,322.

In January-July 2025 most of the tourists came from Russia (39%), Georgia (14%) and Iran (8%).
