EU to adopt 19th package of sanctions against Russia in September

The European Commission is not considering the possibility of gradually easing sanctions against Russia if a ceasefire is reached,  Arianna Podesta, Deputy Spokesperson of the European Commission said at a briefing.

According to a spokesperson for the European Commission, after the adoption of the 18th package of sanctions, European countries are working on the 19th. It is expected to be adopted in September.
