Arayik Noroyan appointed Armenia’s military attaché to Kazakhstan

By the decision of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on July 8, Arayik Noroyan has been appointed as the Military Attaché of the Republic of Armenia to the Republic of Kazakhstan.

According to the decision published on Armenia’s e-government website, Noroyan will assume the post on August 1, 2025, for a term of three years. His place of residence will be the city of Astana.
