Pashinyan congratulates PM Mark Carney on Canada Day

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has congratulated his Canadian counterpart Mark Carney on Canada Day.

“Honorable Prime Minister, on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Armenia and on my own behalf, I warmly congratulate you on Canada Day," Pashinyan said in a letter published by his office. "Armenia attaches special importance to the further development of bilateral relations with Canada and the further expansion and deepening of cooperation in all areas of mutual interest. Canada’s continued support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Armenia, as well as the democratic reform agenda of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, deserves special appreciation.Taking this opportunity, I reaffirm my readiness to work with you to realize the full potential of cooperation between our two countries. Congratulating you once again on the occasion of the national holiday, I wish you inexhaustible energy and good health, and prosperity, peace, and happiness to the friendly people of Canada."
