Speaker of Parliament meets with Swedish Ambassador

Speaker of Parliament Alen Simonyan met with Swedish Ambassador Patrik Svensson to mark the completion of his diplomatic mission.

Expressing gratitude for the Ambassador’s contributions to strengthening Armenia–Sweden ties and interparliamentary relations, the Speaker wished him success in his future endeavors, according to a press release from the Parliament’s press service.

Ambassador Svensson thanked the Speaker for the meeting and emphasized that he is leaving Armenia with fond memories.

The Speaker and the Ambassador also discussed bilateral relations between Armenia and Sweden, as well as interparliamentary cooperation.
