PM Pashinyan chairs discussion on World Trade Center construction in Yerevan

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan chaired a consultation at the Government to discuss the progress of the World Trade Center construction project in Yerevan.
According to the Prime Minister’s Office, an agreement has already been signed with the Renshin company for the implementation of the urban development project to build the World Trade Center through a public-private partnership.
Colliers will be responsible for the full organization and management of the construction process, in accordance with the contract signed with the company.
The goal of the project is to create an international, high-class business center in the heart of Yerevan.
The complex will include modern office space, startup hubs, shopping centers, a hotel, conference halls, and exhibition venues. It was noted that the project will also contribute to economic development.
The Prime Minister emphasized the importance of the project’s implementation and instructed that all potential issues and solutions be discussed in detail through working meetings.
