Security official, EU envoy discuss Armenia-Azerbaijan normalization

Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia Armen Grigoryan met on April 3 with EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia Magdalena Grono.
During the meeting the officials discussed the security situation and existing challenges in the South Caucasus, Grigoryan’s office said in a readout.
The officials exchanged views around the Armenia-Azerbaijan normalization process.
Secretary Grigoryan reiterated Armenia’s readiness to swiftly sign the peace agreement which will guide the region towards lasting peace and stability, his office added.
The Armenia-EU partnership agenda items were also discussed.
